There are many fad diets that provide temporary "quick fixes", and while users of these diets may see immediate results, they are often never long term.
My approach focuses on tailoring a balanced diet consisting of real, whole foods specific to each individual I coach. Instead of creating lists of restrictions, we focus on crowding out the bad foods with healthier, more nutritious choices. I will encourage you to try new foods, but will never force you to eat anything you do not enjoy!
Your personalized program will explore concerns specific to you and your body as you discover the tools needed for a lifetime of balance!
Physical activity is incorporated into your program to help support your healthy lifestyle. Physical activity is simply movement! We will work together to discover a routine that is realistic and attainable for your individual ability.
You will quickly learn how the foods you choose to fuel your body with greatly effect your energy levels while you exercise. This also trickles into your mindset and motivation when sticking with your exercise plan!
As a certified personal trainer, I am able to help you attain your fitness goals, which can easily be incorporated into your individualized health coaching program.
Finding YOUR healthy balance is the key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Life is never perfect; therefore striving for perfection is completely unrealistic and unattainable! Life has a habit of keeping us on our toes. We cannot control every challenge we are dealt. My program is designed to teach you how to maintain a healthy mindset and regain focus when you are shifted from your goals.
Your program will guide you to find your balance of nutrition, physical activity, work, social life and spirituality (defined as where you find your personal peace). These are the building blocks to support you on your very own journey of change!
